My husband lives in Georgia and I live in New York

by Still married to this loser
(NY)

My husband lives in GA and I live in NY and he is $32,409 in arrears. We have an order of $277.00 per week for the past 2 years and I haven't received a dime. He claims he has a job, so I called NY state child support this morning and was told that a job was located and they mailed out a letter to the company on Dec 31 and it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for a response. So, I wait and wait again for probably nothing. If he doesn't pay shouldn't his license be suspended or shouldn't he be placed in jail for non payment. Why is it so hard for Ny state to do their job, is it because he's in another state? I need help with his daughters.
