My Ex Owes Back Child Support And More

My ex owes back child support (somewhere around the amount of $40,000) from a previous marriage. I am trying to sell my house and his property (I have title on the house and he has title on the property). Can Oregon place a lien on this property? If I sell these two combined am I liable for any of his debt. Yes he would get 1/2 of the proceeds if I was to get place sold. This is in the state of Nevada. Oregon is the state that has the past child support claim.

Yes any state can put liens on HIS property, bank accounts, cars etc. for back support. He owes a big amount has a lien been placed on any of his possessions yet?

Honestly I have not got a clue. I guess the first place to start is to check the title on the property. If we are in the middle of a sale can the state stop the sale by placing a lieu or will the lieu just be paid off from the amount of the sale? Thank you for your help.
