Modification Of Child Support In Missouri

My child support is $600.00 per month. I have three children. My ex-wife and I have an excellent rapport with each other. She recently sent an affidavit to forgive the rears in my back child support.

As of March 1st, 2010 I was current on my child support. The state of Missouri withholds from every paycheck I receive. So far it has been 50% of each check. We have agreed to modify the child support to the amount of $300.00 per month. We also agreed to review the amount in 2 years. I need to know what steps to take to get a modification.

My ex-wife is in full cooperation and willing to do whatever we need to do to achieve this objective.
