Medical Card And Child Support Issue

I am wanting to inquire about getting a medical card. I am with the father and we live together.I do not want to get child support from him as obviously being that we live together it would be more of a hassle. We are engaged and will be getting married later this year. He is on disability so I wasn't sure if it would be possible to not have to go through child support. I have a son from a previous marriage and his father does in fact pay child support, and then my fiance and I have twins together. What it boils down to is I do not want to go through the hassle of child support if at all possible. Again, he is on disability and therefore not working.

Any insight you can give me into this would be greatly appreciated.
