Marrying before settled child support case

My ex owes approx. 34,000 in back child support. I live in ga and he lives in wa state. He lived in ga when the court order was made in 3/2007. He isn't paying the current amount each month of $753.00 for two kids either. He is about to be married BEFORE the modified amount to be paid to me each month is decided. I have FULL custody. Will his new wife be responsible for paying his debts now too?
