Married filing joint on taxes

My husband owes $867.00 in child support, we filed a joint return even though he only worked for a couple of months, Mass. DOR took $800 from our state return. I am expecting an $8,000.00 federal return.Will they take the $67.00 balance from my federal return?Also , I am told there is an "INjured spouse form", that I can fill out to get some of my money back.Is that true?
