Lowering Child Support With Dependents

My boyfriend is paying $246 a week for 2 girls 5 and 10 years. His ex is remarried and the kids are always telling me how she doesn't spend the money on them. She is driving a new car and just bought a bigger house. She goes on vacation to Mexico at least twice a year. It really irritates me when the kids tell me she doesn't even buy them conditioner for their hair. She has tried her best to make it so that he cannot have a life after her. We have a 16 month old baby girl. I have looked at the form used to calculate child support and I know that they added a spot for dependents living with you. Can his support amount be lowered to help care for our baby girl?
