lowering child support from out of state

I live in Florida and my ex wife lives in new jersey. since our divorce in 2001, i have remarried and have 4 additional children. they reside with me and im making less money now then in 2001. i pay 270.00 per week for our 11 year old son. 215.00 is actual support which includes a contribution to daycare which he has not been in since he was 4 years old. the other 55 is towards arrears. do i need to go to new jersey to reduce child support or can i do it here in Florida. im looking to use only documentation such as w-2 forms and birth certificates of my current children.
