Child Support Questions
by: CSA STAFF

No you can only request a review every 24 months in some states and 36 months in other states when you are going through the child support office. You can call your caseworker and see if there is anything you can do in your situation.

Another option is you can potentially file a modification case through the courts. Call down to your family court and ask how much the filing fee would be for you to file yourself. You could download the papers yourself online.

Thanks
