Layed Off So How Do I Continue Child Support Payments

by Tricia Lucas
(Columbus Oh)

I'm layed off my job but still need to continue payments. I also moved out of city, and can't remember caseworkers name or number. What do I do at this point.

Contact Summit County CSE

You can simply contact Summit County Child Support at: 1.800.726.2765 and speak with the intake person. Give them your social security number, and they can find your case worker.

Also, if you can't payment your full child support amount try to pay something. Even if It's only $10 a month. It shows good cause and can help you down the line if you ever have to go to court.

Where did you move to? you can respond via this post.
