Judge Out of Line in Order

by Danielle
(Hampton, VA USA)

I just got out of court this week. The judge ordered a child support order back in June of 2010. I sent my attorney all my paycheck stubs as required. The other attorney refused to calculate or supply our attorney with documents. We go back to court in October and the Judge added almost a thousand dollars a month on to my income allowed her to use day care expenses when she said our 13 year old daughter was not in daycare and only used one of my medical expenses when I clearly showed she uses both my insurances. Then the judge set me in arrears all the way back to June. I am outraged that a judge can "make up" an income for a person when I had paycheck stubs there to prove how much I made and allow credit for something that the custodial parent does not use then also take away from my credits in stuff that she does use. So I am to maintain both my insurances for my daughter but only get credit for one and she does not have to actually put my daughter in day care but gets a hundred and fifty dollar credit a month for having her in daycare. Something in this situation is not legal and I am at a loss.
