Is This Child Support Fraud

I have been paying my ex child support for our Daughter. I recently found out that she moved out of the area and left our Daughter with her ex boyfriend to live. I have still been paying her child support. Isn't it illegal for her to collect support for a child that doesn't live with her or with any custodial parent?
