Is The Father Screwing Me Over

My sons father and I were boyfriend and gf up to two months before our son was born in February, he broke up with me. He is a disabled vet but when put in order the state only found 12000 of his 52000. So had to put in an answer to state that I disagreed with amount and I have found the other amount. Now before we go in front of judge him and I against state he wants to settle out of court. So have went and seen his lawyer twice and have not come up with response. Today came up with draft and said that part of his deductions were his other daughters daycare expenses. My question is, Is daycare expenses from a previous child a deduction for my child support?
