Is Child support payment still being made to the state

I have reason to believe that my ex-wife has lost her job and that her father is paying her child support to the state by personal check to avoid me knowing that she is unemployed. It would greatly affect her visitation rights with our son if she has lost her job. I access the TN Child Support website to see that a payment has been made but it does not show whether it was made by garnishment or personal check. Thanks!

Did they state that if she didnt have a job that it would affect her visitations, or did they say if she didnt make payments they would be affects. I believe if they dont make payments as long as she is making payments regardless of who makes the payment as long as they tell them its under there name thats fine. I also believe to figure out wether it was done by check or money order you could go to the child support office and they may be able to tell you how it was paid out.
