Im having a little trouble

ok so i have a child support case and my sons father owes 21,000.00 est. so far and he was paying for a while, but he hasnt paid since march 2010, i have called the court house and they give me the run around, i also got the name of his probation in the state that he lives in and called them, he told me that he wont violate his probation for not paying...hes on probation, he has a warrent they know where he lives but they wont enforce anything please,, who can i get to help. thankyou
