I'm a father trying to file for child support in Alabama

The mother and I argue nonstop when we're around each other so it makes it hard for me to see my two month yr old little boy. I have tried my best to reason with her and give her what she wants, but it seems to only make matters worse. I work full time so it don't leave me much time to come by and see him. I just want to be able to have visitation rights without his mother being present.
