I Want To Have Full Custody Of My Child In Indiana

My child is 21 months old. She currently is residing with me the father. I have yet to establish paternity. The mother of my child is unfit to provide a safe environment for my child. The mother of my child has admitted and discussed with me the usage of drugs in her life. When my daughter was born, she and the mother of my child tested positive for THC. I also have witnesses that are willing to testify about the character of the mother of my child. I want to know exactly what I need to do to make this process as smooth as it possibly can be.
