I Havent Received Back Child Support Ordered Two Weeks Ago

I received a letter saying child support collected since December 3, 2009 was to be redirected to me as my son was returned to my custody from Department of Youth Services. I haven't received any of it yet and my monthly payments haven't changed yet either. I just wanted to know how long it takes for it to be done.
