Husband Has A Ten Year Old Son

3 months ago my husband got a phone call saying he might have a ten year old son, that he needed to take a DNA test. It came out positive. now he owes about 50,000. the woman was married at the time child's birth and he thought he was the father. For some reason he asked for the paternity test and it came out it wasn't his. So my husband really need to back pay all that money. Is there any way that we can asked that the money goes to a bank account for the child for emergencies or when he turns 21. We know that the money is not going to the child. this woman spend the money in night clubs and men.
