Do I have to reimburse my ex-wife for medical expenses of our child if she has a Health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)?

Only if it was ordered in a divorce decree. Are you required to pay any medical expenses?

Decree & Employer Sponsored HRA

The decree states that whichever parent incurs expenses for extracurricular or medical, he/she much provide the other parent with a copy of the receipt within 30 days and be certifed mailed. The HRA account is a employer sponsored account that provides the employee with a set amount of money to cover medical expenses, copays etc.... Why would I have to reimburse my ex-wife if the money is covered by her employer sponsored HRA?

SInce all med expenses are coming from my hra, which i pay higher premiums in order to have, could i expect the ex to either pay me for half the disbursements, or either I do not pay her anything until she has covered med expenses for the kids equal to the hra amt. once it has run out? Seems like I am getting hosed.
