How To Modify Child Support Arrears Of 22 Years

I am 49 years old i have been paying arrears child support since 1988 now my kids are 31/28 the state of Louisiana gave my x assistance because she would not let me see my kids until they were grown can u tell me how long i will have to pay them.

Hi Richard,

You will have to pay until your debt is paid. A modification needed to be done at the time. Have you asked your ex to waive any back support?
