How To Make Child Support Payments The Easiest Way Possible

I am a father, ex-resident of Colorado with two daughters still residing there. I am the recognized father in a non custodial state. The court established support obligations of which I obliged (by automatic withdrawal) until 5 months ago, when due to a glitch by the financial institution, they where interrupted. After making payments by certified checks (two months), trying unsuccessfully to contact the proper authorities (fsr clerks, case worker). Now, the custodial parents are complaining, the money is in the account, the fsr is no longer pulling the funds and I have to wait 6 months to restart the automatic payments? They claim their purposes are to help the children? Could you please explain? All I want is for my children to receive support without interference?
