How To Keep My Child Support Payments

I recently lived in Nevada where I was on public assistance. When you are on public assistance it is mandatory to try to find the father for child support.I recently left Nevada and moved to Oregon. I received a card in the mail that was from the state of Nevada. It was a debit card issuing me 105 dollars 2 days a week for child support. My issue is now that I am living in another state do I need to cancel my support payments and start all over in Oregon or can I just leave things as is without losing my support payments? Please help me I have been waiting over 2 years for payments and scared to death I will lose them.

No you do not need to have the order changed, even if you live in a new state. You can use the debit card in your state. As long as it is working for you, then it is fine.

Thanks
