Me and my childrens father have decided to get married and I would like to take him off child support and I was wondering how I would do so in the state of Alabama.

Im pretty sure just in about any State you would just let the Child support or your case worker know that you want to drop the child support. If they as why tell them you are getting married to the childs father and he will be supporting you and your child.
