How Do I Reduce My Chilld Support

I'm a dad of a 5 year old and live in NJ and i pay about $400 a month. I'm dating someone new and had a baby with her. The baby is 6 months old. I also had my hours cut at work. I would like to know if I could get my child support reduced. Also my girlfriend lives with me but doesn't have a job. My 5 year old mom works and lives with her parents.

Contact Case Worker
by: Child Support America Team Member

You must file for a Child Support modification. Your amount will be reduced because you have another child. Contact your caseworker immediately to start the paperwork. Have you contacted your caseworker regarding this matter?
