How Do I Modify My Payments For Child Support In Ohio And Minnesota

Back when I first was assigned to make payments, I was making $7 an hour and my wife at the time was not working. I am paying $296 for one child who I haven’t seen since he was 3 because the mother took off to Minnesota, he is now almost 10, and I am re-married and have a 2 year old of our own. Am I able to lower my child support now since the mother went from making no money to making over $3,000/month and not to mention the mother is also re-married? I finally was able to contact the mother over the internet but she refused to communicate. What Should I Do?
