How Do I Give Up My Fathers Rights For My Child

I have a 2 year old son with whom I am paying child support for? I need to know how to give up my rights? I have many reasons for doing so. Under child support I am paying to have a relationship with him, but the mother is not wanting me to be in his life. I don't have visitation rights, but do have a right to be in his life. The mother is very unreasonable and has lied to me the whole time so I want to give my rights up as a father so that my child support can cease. She is now currently married, so I don't know what to do. I no longer live in Stark County and no longer living in Ohio as a matter of fact. Please let me know.
