How Do I Get Out Or Stop Child Support Order

My husband and I separated and then reconciled, and now the state has ordered him to pay child support to me for our daughter. I never wanted child support from him. The state filed cause they gave me assistants. But now we have reconciled and are doing great. How do I get out or stop the child support order?

If you are currently still on any assistance then you cannot stop the order. You can contact your caseworker and close the case if you are not on assistance.

STOPPING CHILD SUPPORT ORDER NEW

I HAD A CHILD SUPPORT ORDER WITH MY GIRL FRIEND AND WE ARE ABOUT TO GET MARRED AND WE WENT DOWN TO THE CHILD SUPPORT OFFICE AND SIGNED PAPERS TO STOP CHILD SUPPORT AND WE RECEIVED STOPPED PAPERS IN THE MAIL.
