How Do I Collect My Child Support

My name is Emily p. smith and John D. Knox owes me close to $10,000 in back support and I would like to know what I can do about it cause nothing has been done about him not paying. He will pay like $100 before the 3 month period is up and he is to pay $500 a month. He just refuse to do anything.

Contact your caseworker. You can have his drivers license suspended and liens placed on property and accounts. Do you receive his income taxes?
