How do I collect back child support in Ohio?

I filed for divorce several years ago, and my ex wife never showed up for any of the court dates. I then received full custody and child support. My ex wife has never paid the full amount since the order was set. She is approximately 18,000 behind in paying. Ohio child support said that it was in my hands to get better payments. The way the laws are I feel that I may never see the arrears that she owes. Please help.
