How Can I Modify My Child Support Order In Marietta

by JP
(Marietta, Ga)

When my child support was originally established I was making almost 15k more per year than I am now. (38,000)

I currently make $10 and feel I qualify for "low income deviation".

I am sinking every month because I can not pay the $800+ per month that was originally ordered but I don't want to get more behind with my payments than I already am.

Thank You

Thanks for your question JP. You must contact your caseworker and request a modification review immediately. The paperwork needs to get started, so it will be faster to process. Have you filed for a modification before?
