Hoping For Child Support In Angeles City Phillipines

Hi I'm PRINCESS INFANT 24yrs old live in Philippines. i have baby girl from American (HAROLD DWAYNE SMITH) name ASHLY NIHCOLE SMITH which is almost 3years old. He abandon her when she was just 3months old. and till now i cant get any support from him. I'm doing this Because i want to give my baby a good life in the future by the help of her father. i can proof that he is the father because he sign her birth certificate and my baby can under DNA test. i did all the best i can, searching on internet about some organizations for child support but till now nothings happening. I'm hoping that this site can help me to track him to face his responsibility. I'm really desperate coz sometimes i cant afford to give all her needs. thank you and God bless.
