Have child support order and daughter is 17

In 1994, I received a court order of full custody and child support of my daughter. In 1998, my husband adopted her. Am I able to get child support now, from her biological father? She has found him and I feel he should pay the back support that is owed.

You can try and get support for him. Why would you feel he should pay back child support if your the one who allowed another man to adopt. Your husband now is the one legally responsible for your daughter not your ex. It never hurts to try, but just letting you know your husband signed those papers to take on full responsibility.
