Getting My Licenses Back And Order Issue

I lost custody of my kids in 2006. In 2008 I started getting bills in the mail for support. I called and asked what was going on and never received a answer. I also have my children every weekend and get them ready for school everyday.. during the summer they are with me more then half the summer. i cant get a job or drive this has taken over my whole life!! i also have a two year old i have to support and its very hard with all this holding me back.
