Getting Child Support Amount Changed North Dakota

(North Dakota)

I am a self employed mom and pay child support for my son in the amount of $427 per mo. I have recently remarried and am pregnant, which will keep me from working as an electrician, which is how I am self employed. It has only been 5 months since the final decree was signed by judge. Is there any way to change the set amount now? I am not going to be able to work enough to pay that amount and may not even keep this business going after the baby is born.

The amount may be changed if Child Support is involved. Is the case open through child support yet? If so, call and request a modification.
