Georgia Child Support To Quit Taking Full Obligation Out

My husband has 2 kids who live in Alabama, Alabama order says once the children are emancipated, he would just pay a set amount on arrears, Alabama continues to send us notices of the amount expected. We went to a local office in Augusta, GA and the woman told us because his child support was not current they would still take out the full monthly amount until his current support was paid...OK but there is no current expected amount, just arrears. So this lady does nothing for us. He fully understands he owes this money...I told him to call Alabama and see what they say.
