Financial Institution Account Access Retriction

I received a letter from the agency saying monies is to be taken out of my account ($910.00) and I don't owe this much child support. what can be done about this matter?

Dear Charles,

Contact your caseworker asap! They will deduct this amount from your account and it will be very difficult if you do not owe the amount, getting the money returned. If you do not got any results from your caseworker contact an attorney. When you do talk to your caseworker ask for a printout of your payments to be mailed to you. Have you ever requested your records from your child support case?
