Fathers Rights Are Kept But He Won’t Pay Child Support

I am curious what the response is from the end that a non custodial parent can forget his kids weeks at a time with not help to support them or not come to pick them up if he chooses to skip out but still believes he should have all the rights like the responsible parent and you have to comply with him or it is contempt. How is that right?

His Rights Can Be Taken

Actually his visitation rights can be taken away if he is skipping weeks at a time seeing the kids. This is only if a court ordered visitation order is in place. If so you can file a motion with the courts to have the order modified and reduced.

If you are the custodial parent, your rights are already set in stone! Is this the case with your situation? If not that's a another issue.
