After a brief relationship with a girl she called me 5 months after we quit seeing each other saying I could be the father of the child she was pregnant with. We had discussed birth control at the beginning of the relationship - I have a chiled from a previous marriage and do not want more children. She assured me she was on the pill and did not want children. She is dating another man and is planning to move in with him. Can she force me to take a DNA test and if it proves I am the father will I have to pay child support even if she is living with another man?
