Falling Further Behind On Child Support

by calvin
(reno,nv)

Ive been divorced for almost 9 yrs now and my support obligation they're now telling me is around $7,000!I work seasonally and have been out of work for a year and 1/2. I ALWAYS tell any employer day 1 of my csp,and any unemployment i have reported and has been taken.

I want to pay it just seems there's no consideration when i have 0 income!(my unemployment just ran out)and immediately I see a court hearing)I wish I made as much as the court seems to think i should but im not!seems hopeless,im almost suicidal,seriously.....no way out.

Child Support

Calvin,

Have you requested for a modification? Also, If all possible try to put something on your case each month, even if it's $10. You would be at least showing that you are making an effort even though it's on a small scale.

Also, try to remain stressful free about this situation. There is hope regarding this matter.

Take care,
STAFF
