Ex Owes 8000 In Back Child Support And Not Paying

My ex-husband resigned from his jobs shortly after a child support order was issued. He has not paid child support since July 2009. He is currently ordered to pay nearly $900 a month and refuses to pay anything. I contacted the CSEA and he does have a license suspension due to fail to pay, however I am not getting a clear response as to when a judge is going to explain to him in court that he will pay the support. I have had very bad luck with the courts believing his sob stories and allowing him to get away with yet again in not supporting our two children. I would just like to know what to do. At what point in the State of Ohio is enough- enough?
