Ex Moved To Mexico How Can I Collect

He moved to Mexico over 8 months ago and hasn't paid any child support. Before he left he wasn't helping at all. How can I get him to pay if his living in Mexico. I do have an address and all for him. Is there anything I can do from here to collect????

Yes, Have you opened a child support case in Texas? If not then you should do so. If you have all his contact information they can serve him even in another country.
