Ex Is Trying To Lower Her Child Support Order

My 10 yr.old daughter has lived with me for 7 yrs.my ex pays $473. a month.she lives in Florida, we live in Ohio. She got remarried an has a new kid with him.she is trying to lower her support,she says she pays $900.00 in rent.she just got out of the air force(is in the reserve)an works on base as a government employee.her new husband is still in the air force.they live off base,he gets around $1300.00 a month for off base housing,how can she say shes paying rent?also how do i find out,where an when , she reenlisted . if she reenlisted while in Iraq,she would have been payed a tax free bonus,does she have to show that as income?
