Ex Is Self Employeed And Behind In Child Support

My ex is over $15,000 behind. He is self employed and pays some months, pay half some months, or skips it all together some months. CSE has the case but says there isn't much they can do since he is self employed. What resources are there for enforcement when he is self employed?

Thanks for your question. Call CSE and ask about his drivers license being suspended. Also there can be a lien placed on his bank accounts, cars property. Have you ever received his income taxes?
