Ex Husband Quits Job To Claim No Income

What do I do if my ex husband quits his 9-5 job to start his own contracting company. He has put his business in his new wife's name so that he can claim that he doesn't have an income anymore?

The wife just has to claim that she pays him minimum wage and the child support will be calculated off that amount. Attorneys and judges slammimg fathers has created a climate where they will look for ways to 'hide' income and its legal. Unfortunately with more and more unreasonable court orders and some mothers wanting to screw there Ex's you will see more and more of this. I am not saying you are doing this but you are seeing the results of other mothers actions.
