Estimated Child Support In Arizona

Hello, my husband and I are splitting, he first told me he was going to give me 600 dollars a month for child support of the twins and now he has decided he is going to give only 500, he gets a pay check of 1,600 every 15 days, I just want to make sure he is being fair, and where can I get help for taking care of this issue?. He says he has not money but he just got himself a car which the monthly payment is 460 dollars, I think he is not thinking about the babies at all, please guide me! Thanks.
