End Of Child Support Payments In Nevada

by Cindy
(Las Vegas, NV, USA)

My son turned 18 years old on July 14, 2010. My child support payments were $500 a month. I gave my ex-husband $250 for the month of July because my son turned 18 on July 14th. Should I have given him $500? He is calling me and telling me I had better pay him the $250.

Child Support Questions
by: CSA STAFF

Hello Linda,

You should contact your caseworker. Some states require that you pay the entire month of their birthdate/ and or graduation date. Call your child support office to be sure.

Thanks
