Do you have to pay child support

Hello there My name is Bryan.My Mother and step-father are currently living in the state of Kansas and are trying to figure out whether or not they have to pay Child support on my Step Brother. He turned 18 on the 6th of this month.But still my step dad is skeptical as to if he still has to pay until my Brother has completed school. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Usually a person is to pay child support till the child has completed school. So more than likely he should continue paying until he graduates.
