Do I Keep Paying Child Support

by lavonne
(lineville, al, usa)

My oldest son graduated in '10. He has worked a full time job at Olive Garden and even for a short time, at McDonalds part time. He has been working since he turned 16. I just want to know how long I am suppose to pay custodial parent child support after my son took full time job and has recently moved out.

You should have stopped making payments once your son turned 18 and graduated. Unless you owe back pay that will have to be paid off.
