Divorce Agreement For Child Support Past Age 18
by Charles
(Atlanta, Ga)
When I got divorced I did not have the use of an Attorney in 1995 in the state of Georgia. I had emotionally agreed to pay child support until my two kids either reach the age of 23 or graduate from college. Financially I am about to lose my house because my ex took me back to court for back child support. Now the state is taken 60% of my net. I NEED HELP TO OVER TURN THE ORIGINAL ORDER NOW THAT MY KIDS ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18. PLEASE help me. Thanks
