Divorce Agreement For Child Support Past Age 18

by Charles
(Atlanta, Ga)

When I got divorced I did not have the use of an Attorney in 1995 in the state of Georgia. I had emotionally agreed to pay child support until my two kids either reach the age of 23 or graduate from college. Financially I am about to lose my house because my ex took me back to court for back child support. Now the state is taken 60% of my net. I NEED HELP TO OVER TURN THE ORIGINAL ORDER NOW THAT MY KIDS ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18. PLEASE help me.

Thanks

You Need Our Legal Plan
by: Child Support America Team Member

Hi Charles,

Thanks for your post. To get to the point, you need an attorney, to try to fight this in court. Check out our VIP membership plan, if you need help in this area.

Also, do you have copies of that original agreement?
